These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.pureblissbody.net and Pure Bliss Body LLC services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Pure Bliss Body LLC may send SMS and email messages to customers and subscribers who opt in. Messages may include:

Promotional offers and discount codes
New product announcements and seasonal collections
Upcoming local event and market appearances
Order updates and purchase confirmations
Gift-giving guides and curated recommendations

Message frequency may vary based on seasonal activity and events. See Section 6 for details.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and completing the opt-in process, you authorize Pure Bliss Body LLC to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in via our website at www.pureblissbody.net, at a local event or market, or by texting a keyword to our designated number.

3. Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally, or by visiting www.pureblissbody.net.

9. Returns

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of your purchase and we'll help you sort it out.

What we accept

Returns are accepted on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Because everything is handmade in small batches and used directly on skin, opened or used items can't come back for hygiene reasons.

Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've had a chance to look it over, we'll refund the approved amount to your original payment method. Most banks process refunds within five to ten business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order shows up damaged or something isn't what you ordered, let us know within 14 days and we'll make it right. In that case, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How to start a return

Submit the form on the contact page with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning the item. We'll take it from there. Alternatively, you may email service@pureblissbody.net.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at www.pureblissbody.net with a new Last Updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
